Real-Time Account Updates and Alerts
Included with First eMobile, First eAlerts allows you to receive alerts about your account activity...delivered directly to your web-enabled cell phone.
You get text messages about your account when:
- your account falls below a specific dollar amount
- when a specific check clears
- when a deposit is made
With First eMobile and First eAlerts you are never in the dark about your account. You'll know at every moment what is going on with your account.
| Signing up is fast and easy! Here’s how: |
- Log into First eBanc.
- Look for the Messages box to the right.
- Click New to view the available First eAlerts.
- Select the alert you would like to set up.
- Fill in the information and click Submit. (NOTE: In the e-mail address field, you may enter an e-mail address to receive your alerts by e-mail or enter your cell phone's text message address to receive them as text messages. To find your text message address, contact your cell phone service provider.)
- Each time this event takes place you will receive an e-mail or text message alerting you of that event.
- To set up another event, complete the above instructions again.
